Membership rules
By joining a Pack, you agree that:
- Membership is free and voluntary.
- New packs: you can be removed by a 3/4 (75%) vote (any member can start; 24-hour window; if passed -> removed immediately).
- Existing-token packs (live coin looking for a team): the founder can remove any member directly, or call a 3/4 vote when they want the crew to decide. Only the founder can open that vote - recruits don't run the roster.
- A pack can be disbanded only by a 3/4 (75%) vote (any member can start; must type the pack name; 24-hour window). One member cannot delete the pack alone. This removes the site listing only - not wallets or coins.
- Membership is not equity. Joining does not make you an owner of the Pack as a business, or give you automatic ownership of the coin, CA, or treasury. The founder organizes pack details (name, CA, buy link, etc.) as coordinator - not as a guarantee that everyone owns the coin equally.
- Existing / live coins: bringing a token to the platform does not transfer ownership. Whoever holds the keys, CA authority, and treasury today keeps them. The pack is a team roster for marketing, ops, and grind - not a re-mint, not a deed, not "we own your coin now."
- You are not entitled to future profits, free tokens, or compensation just because you joined - unless the pack explicitly agrees on something (see holdings below).
- Your holdings are what you buy with your own wallet, plus anything the pack voluntarily agrees to share or fund together (for example, everyone chips in $100 for airdrops, DexScreener ads, or a launch boost). Those agreed pool funds are pack decisions - highly recommended to use Multisig, not one person's wallet.
- Whatever is in your personal wallet - small amounts or large - stays yours even if you leave or are removed. This platform never holds or controls your wallet.
- It is free to create and join on this site (optional pack buy-ins / shared costs are pack rules, not site fees).
- 6-12 members (devs). At least 6 before closing entry; max 12.
- Members define their own roles.
- The pack uses one main logo for the whole pack/coin. Extra member or alternate logos are optional and decided by the team.
- Each Pack gets a free Project Hub (one-page public site): text, images (logo/banner), links, CA, buy, price/chart, and team. Hosting included; domain covered while the pack is on MAP. No video uploads on the Project Hub.
- Shared Pack funds (if any) are highly recommended to use Multisig.
- The platform only provides the tools - it is not responsible for Pack decisions.
